The check in was early and the atmosphere was friendly throughout the hotel. We had attractive and immaculate room with a pillow-top mattress. The staff was willing to help and some of them were efficient and exceptional.

This luxurious hotel was run by the welcoming and exceptional staff. The staff was willing to help with the little things. Also, location was fantastic and ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Copley Square. The venue was in a great area. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Boston.

Couple's perfect getaway
The bar was cozy even if a bit small, but made up for it with a nice atmosphere.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you know what, it felt acceptable for what we got.

It is an extremely convenient and exceptional property located in Back Bay district just next door to other restaurants, shopping streets and stores, restaurants, bars and malls. The location is good, in the solas Irish pub.

there were 3 different taxes added to our final bill, which added nearly $100 to our 2 night stay which I found a bit excessive.

I appreciated the property and its very very good and absolutely fantastic breakfast.
The hotel was in a central setting in the Irish pub attached. The staff was willing to help and always had a smile.

The best was the location. You can walk around to a lot of places or take the trains just half a block away.
I guess Superior room means just a room with a king size bed. The beds were very firm but apparently its because they had just gotten new beds.
